Job title: After School Club Activity Leader

You must hold an Early Years Level 3 Qualification for this role

Location: Lent Rise School, Burnham, SL1 7NP

Hours: 15 hours per week,

After School: 3–6pm Monday–Friday, term time

(with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to 14 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on–the–job training can be provided, however an Early years Level 3 qualification is essential.

Key roles of the Level 3 Early Years Activity Leader:

Deliver high–quality activities at our after school clubs. Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues. Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations for children from Nursery to Key Stage 2. Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound settings in schools. Encouraging children from Nursery age to Key Stage 2, to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities. Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development. Benefits of Progressive!
