What You'll Do

Support children aged 2–5 with their daily learning and development.Deliver engaging, play–based activities that encourage creativity and exploration.Promote early language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.Encourage children's confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to support every child's individual needs and developmental milestones.

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to commute to St. Albans.
