Learning Suppot Assistant– Taunton

Full–Time Mainstream

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join schools in Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.

Role Overview:

Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings.Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions.Provide one–to–one or small group support to help students achieve their potential.Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments.Benefits:
