We are looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant within our supportive team based at our Stratford Campus.

In this vital role, you will work closely with students who have additional needs, helping them to fully access and benefit from their educational experience at the College. Your support will play a key part in empowering students to achieve their goals and thrive during their time with us.

With experience supporting young people in a post-16 Further Education setting, and a strong understanding of inclusive learning and equal opportunities, you will provide in-class support to students during both theoretical and practical lessons.

Experience of providing administration support is essential as you will be required to maintain Additional Support paperwork within the Additional Needs Team.

You will be educated to GCSE Level English / maths or equivalent and ideally possess, or be prepared to work towards, a Learning Support qualification.

The College is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community and welcomes applications from individuals across all sectors. We aim to reflect the diversity of our student population in our staff profile, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience and environment for our learners. Our goal is to continue to develop a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive workplace where all staff can thrive.

Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. xjnqpsq
