Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day

Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for full-time, long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Somerset. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will support students with their learning, development and wellbeing, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence in the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and wider school staff to provide effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group learning support.

* Help students access classroom activities and the wider curriculum.

* Support students with additional learning needs where required.

* Promote confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

* Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children or young people is desirable.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A patient, supportive and adaptable approach.

* Passion for supporting students with their education.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.

* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
