Job Role: SEN 1:1 LSA

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Daily Rate: GBP85.50 GBP120

Contract: Full time

Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism and ADHD in a welcoming school in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full–time role, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a child s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism and ADHDSupport learning activities in line with the teacher s directionHelp manage behaviour in a positive, calm, and consistent mannerEncourage social, emotional, and academic developmentAdapt support to meet the individual needs of the pupilWork closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support progress What we re looking for:

Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and/or ADHD (preferred but not essential)A patient, caring, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with pupilsAn enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Why apply?
