Learning Support Assistant East London ASAP Start per day

Reeson Education is recruiting for a committed Learning Support Assistant to work flexibly across primary schools in the borough of Waltham Forest. This Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN and wants the flexibility to choose the days they work across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, Highams Park, and Woodford.

The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs across different schools. This Learning Support Assistant position allows you to pick the days that suit you, giving you control over your schedule while making a real difference to children's lives on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing targeted support for pupils with SEN from EYFS to KS2 across various schoolsDelivering interventions under the guidance of teachers and SENCOsSupporting children with EHCP plans to meet their individual targetsHelping pupils develop independence and confidence in the classroomUsing positive behaviour strategies to support emotional regulationWhat We're Looking For:
