Learning Support Assistant – Wandsworth

Full–time Long–term 95+ per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a reliable, practical and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well–run mainstream school in Wandsworth. This is a long–term, full–time position starting immediately and suited to someone who can bring consistency, clear communication and a steady presence to the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of learning needs, help maintain a purposeful classroom environment and ensure students remain focused and engaged. The school values professionalism, punctuality and a calm, confident approach. If you can follow direction, use your initiative and build effective rapport with students and staff, we want to hear from you.
