Learning Support Assistant – Havering

Job Type: Immediate Start Full-time

Pay: £97–£105 per day

Hours 8:30am – 3:30pm

Complete Classroom Services are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Havering who are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their Year 3 team on a full-time basis. This role is to start immediately.

The Role

Working 1:1 with a child in Year 3 who requires additional support with ADHD, ASD, behaviour, and non-verbal communication.

Supporting the wider class as a General Teaching Assistant, assisting with learning activities and interventions.

Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Working closely with the SENCo and Senior Management Team to follow support strategies and contribute to pupil progress.What the School Can Offer

To be successful in this role, you must have:

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential).

Experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, ideally within a primary school.

Knowledge and experience of supporting children with ADHD, ASD, behavioural needs, and non-verbal communication.

GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
