Academics are recruiting for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school team from September. This is a full–time role working across Key Stage 1 (KS1), offering the opportunity to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.

Start date: September 2025

The Role:

Provide dedicated support to pupils across KS1 classesWork closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning interventionsSupport pupils with a range of needs to access the curriculumHelp to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environmentMonitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staffAbout You:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (ideally in KS1 or primary settings)A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting children's learningStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for helping pupils to achieve their bestRelevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE/NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
