Daily Rate: £90 to £100, based on experience

Contract Type: Temp-to-perm

What We're Looking For - LSA - Northampton, Northamptonshire

A relevant qualification or previous experience as a TA/LSA in a UK primary, secondary, or SEN school

Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage

The ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual student needs

Availability to work Monday to Friday during term time

A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach
