Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

The Education Network is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.

About the Role: As an SEN LSA, you will:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with additional learning needs

Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Assist with personal care (if required)

Be a positive role model for behaviour and learning Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (school, care or support settings)

A genuine interest in helping pupils achieve their full potential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one) Ideal for:

Psychology or education graduates

Teaching assistants or support workers looking for a new challenge
