Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Essex

Location: Essex (various locations available)

Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing Roles Available

Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary / Long-Term

Remedy Education is currently working with a number of fantastic primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Essex who are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams.

Whether you're an experienced LSA or looking to take your first step into education, we want to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management

Adapting resources to meet individual learning needs

Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs (depending on the school)

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal)

A positive, patient, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

Right to work in the UK
