Deliver a welcoming onboarding experience and drive engagement with development programmesIdentify training needs and design impactful internal coursesCoach departmental trainers and maintain accurate training recordsAnalyse employee feedback and support ongoing development strategiesManage apprenticeship programmes and deliver leadership training sessionsBuild partnerships with schools and universities for future Talent pipelinesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordinationMaintain efficient office systems and assist with internal meetingsEnsure compliance with health and safety and continuous improvement standardsWhat we're looking for:To succeed as a Learning & Development Manager, you'll need:
