Pay Rate: £95 - £105 per day

Core Responsibilities

In your role as a L2 Teaching Assistant, you will support both the class teacher and pupils across key daily activities:

Targeted Classroom Support: Assist individual pupils and small groups during structured literacy, numeracy, and foundation lessons.

SEN & Inclusion: Implement tailored strategies for children requiring additional support, ensuring equal access to activities in Birkenhead.

Classroom Management: Work alongside the teacher to maintain a safe, well-organized, and encouraging environment.

Pupil Wellbeing: Encourage positive behaviour, social integration, and emotional confidence across settings in Birkenhead.Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a primary or SEN Teaching Assistant (or relevant background in childcare/care settings).

A minimum recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

A calm, empathetic approach with strong communication skills and emotional resilience.

A proactive mindset toward expanding your qualifications through continuous education and training.
