Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (Mon-Fri, 8:20am-3:40pm)
Location: Mill Hill, Barnet
Salary: £90-£100 per day (PAYE only)
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a 2-form entry school in Mill Hill to find a flexible and proactive KS1 Float Teaching Assistant. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, team collaboration and supporting children in Years 1 and 2.

About the Role
Floating between Year 1 and Year 2 to support classes as needed.
Running interventions for reading, phonics and early numeracy.
Supporting children with SEND and EAL where appropriate.
Helping cover short-term absences or assisting with targeted pupils.
The Ideal Candidate
Confident supporting children across KS1.
Flexible and organised, with excellent initiative.
Strong knowledge of phonics (Read Write Inc or Letters and Sounds preferred).
A team player who can build quick relationships with pupils and staff.
