About the School

Join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hackney that believes education should be exciting, empowering, and accessible to all. The school celebrates diversity, fosters curiosity, and provides a nurturing environment where both pupils and staff can flourish. With a focus on collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing, it’s a place where your contribution truly matters.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a passionate team of educators. You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing—working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and providing one-to-one or small-group support to children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about helping children reach their full potential, whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to take your first step into education.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in Key Stage 2 (school or tutoring setting)

• Knowledge or interest in supporting pupils with SEN

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach

What You’ll Gain

• A supportive and inclusive school community

• Hands-on classroom experience with brilliant teachers

• Ongoing professional development and mentoring

• The chance to make a genuine impact every single day

If you’re passionate about inspiring young learners and helping every child shine — we’d love to hear from you!
