Intervention Assistant | Chesterfield (S41) | £95-£105 per day | Long Term Role | Starting September 2025
About the Role:
Long Term Futures is seeking a calm, caring and proactive Intervention Assistant to help support student progress and emotional well‑being. You will assist with interventions across key stages, ensuring pupils receive tailored support both one‑to‑one and in small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted intervention programmes under teacher guidance
Monitor progress, record data and adapt support plans
Support pupils in lessons and unstructured times as needed
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCo to identify needs
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in a role supporting students with additional needs
Good understanding of intervention techniques and strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Level 3 qualification in Education or relevant equivalent desirable
Must have a full UK Driving Licence
