UK experience working in a primary or secondary school in essential!
Demonstrates strong behaviour management and promotes a positive learning environment
Works confidently under the direction of the class teacher to deliver planned learning activities
Uses initiative to adapt support to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL
