What are we looking for?

HLTA qualification (essential)

Experience working across the full primary age range

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK schools

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Commitment to safeguarding (completion of our safeguarding course will be required)

SEN and EAL experience (advantageous)

What will the ideal candidate have?

An approachable, friendly, and adaptable personality

Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures

Excellent behaviour management skills

The ability to adapt quickly during lessons and provide effective support

A professional attitude and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
