Location: Lambeth

Pay: £110-£120 per day

Contract: Long-term, 5 days a week

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant Secondary SEND school in Lambeth on a long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning and development.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality learning support across the curriculum

Assisting in lesson planning and delivering tailored interventions

Supporting students with SEND needs to achieve their potential

Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

Supervising and managing groups of students effectivelyIdeal candidate:

HLTA qualification or relevant teaching support experience

Experience working in a SEND or secondary school setting

Strong classroom management and communication skills
