Are you a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible and rewarding supply work this week and beyond?

Stafflex Education is currently recruiting dedicated HLTAs to support primary schools across Huddersfield and the wider Kirklees area. Whether you're looking for day-to-day cover or longer-term placements, we offer opportunities that fit around your availability and strengths.

About the Role

* Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2

* Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently in the absence of the class teacher

* Plan and lead your own lessons when required for short or long-term cover

* Support small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes

* Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive classroom environment

* Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

What We're Looking For

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

* Recent experience in UK primary school settings

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Confidence delivering lessons across a range of abilities

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
