SEN Teaching Assistants Required - North West London

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs? We are currently looking for enthusiastic, caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join secondary schools across North West London.

Location: North West London

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 8:30-3:30

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning and develop their confidence, independence and social skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.

Supporting students with their academic, social and emotional development.

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.

Implementing individual learning and support plans.

Supporting pupils with communication, behaviour and emotional regulation.

Encouraging independence, confidence and positive engagement in school life.

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff.
