Key Responsibilities of a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupilsAdapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needsCollaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progressCandidate Requirements:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SENDegree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible, proactive, and adaptable approachExperience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essentialWhat the School Offers:
