Role Overview

We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to commence in September 2026. This role involves covering both planned and unforeseen staff absences across multiple subjects. It is ideal for educators who thrive on variety, quickly establish positive relationships with students and colleagues, and confidently deliver prepared lessons while maintaining excellent classroom discipline.

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools

Outstanding classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to adapt swiftly to different subjects and school environments

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
