Salary: £180 - £190 per day

Are you confident supporting young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties / EBD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs?

Are you a resilient and adaptable Teacher who can create a positive and engaging learning environment?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a behaviour school based in Caerphilly, supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs / ALN, including EBD and SEMH. The school provides a supportive learning environment focused on helping pupils engage positively with education and develop their confidence.

The school is looking to take on a Teacher on a full-time, temporary basis from ASAP until Christmas. The successful Teacher will work with secondary-aged pupils with EBD and SEMH, delivering engaging lessons while providing consistent behaviour management and supporting pupils with their individual learning needs.

The successful Teacher will have:

QTS (NQTs are also welcomed to apply)

Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils

Experience supporting pupils with EBD, SEMH and/or challenging behaviour

Excellent classroom and behaviour management

Strong communication skills

A resilient, patient and adaptable approach
