Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to learners with additional learning needs

Differentiating learning materials to ensure accessibility for all students

Working collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants and wider SEN teams

Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to learners

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable learners

Full–time and part–time positions available

Term–time only contracts are also available

Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)

Level 2 qualification or higher in English and Maths

Experience teaching or supporting learners with SEND within an FE or specialist setting

Strong knowledge of additional learning needs and inclusive teaching strategies

Up to date Safeguarding training, or willingness to obtain

Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain
