PK Education are currently recruiting Flexible Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across West Yorkshire on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced TAs, graduates, youth workers or individuals considering a career in education who are looking for flexible work with immediate start dates.

The Role:

Supporting pupils within the classroom environment

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Providing 1:1 or small group support where required

Covering short-term absences and daily bookings

We Are Looking For:

Individuals confident working with children or young people

Flexible availability (including same-day bookings)

Strong communication skills

Willingness to work across at least two local areas

A proactive and adaptable attitude

Experience in schools is desirable but not essential, full support and guidance will be provided.
