Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and reach their full potential? Aspire People is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in local schools on a flexible supply basis.

What will you be doing?

Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

Helping pupils with their learning, confidence and development

Providing one–to–one and small–group support where needed

Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment

Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting to individual learning styles

Assisting with classroom preparation and day–to–day activities

What we're looking for:

A positive, patient and caring attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, flexibility and a genuine passion for education

Experience working with children is desirable
