Position: Reception Class Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time

Start Date: March

Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our Reception team at a welcoming Primary School in Moss Side. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and be part of a supportive, dedicated team.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Early Years or a strong interest in early childhood education

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to support children’s learning and development

Warm, patient, and confident in building positive relationships with children and families

Ability to work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school staff

Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
