Pay Rate: GBP95 GBP115 per day

A warm and welcoming primary school in Princes Risborough is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to supporting the development of young learners during their foundational years.

The school places a strong emphasis on child–centred learning, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. As an EYFS Practitioner, you ll play a key role in delivering engaging activities, supporting early development, and fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and delivery of high–quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years FrameworkLead small group and 1:1 activities to promote language, social, and motor skills developmentObserve and assess children s progress, contributing to learning journals and reportsCreate a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning space that encourages curiosity and independenceWork collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child s needs are metPromote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through nurturing interactions Ideal Candidate:

Relevant EYFS qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience in an Early Years settingStrong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child developmentExcellent communication, creativity, and organisational skillsA caring and patient approach, with a genuine passion for early years educationCommitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a school that values early childhood education and supports staff in making a lasting impact.
