On behalf of our client, a vibrant and well established secondary school based in Hammersmith, we are currently recruiting a TA to join the SEN team. You will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups.
As a teaching assistant you will be:
dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.
You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour. This role is a great opportunity to gain school experience before applying for teacher training. This is something that the school can offer, for the right candidate.
