The Role

Managing the school reception and greeting visitors.

Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.

Maintaining accurate pupil records and updating school databases.

Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting.

Assisting with school correspondence, letters, and newsletters.

Organising meetings, appointments, and school events.

Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff.

Processing paperwork and ensuring records are kept up to date and confidential.What We're Looking For

Previous administration or office experience.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.

A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.

Experience within a school setting is desirable but not essential.What We Offer
