*

Monitoring participant progress and maintaining accurate records of support and outcomes.

*

Working collaboratively with colleagues and relevant support services to help participants progress.

Ideal Candidate

You’ll have experience in employability, employment support, welfare-to-work or a related field, with a genuine commitment to helping people move closer to employment.

You’ll ideally have:

*

Experience supporting individuals who face barriers to employment.

*

A strong understanding of employability skills, work readiness and progression planning.

*

Experience providing advice, guidance, coaching or mentoring.

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*

The ability to motivate and engage participants from different backgrounds.

*

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.

*

A proactive, person-centred approach focused on positive outcomes.

Why Apply?

*

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

*

Permanent opportunity: Build your career in a full-time role.
