FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're on the lookout for an Employability Tutor to support with delivery of accredited qualifications in the follow areas:

- Care

- Business Skills

- Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage delivery of Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.

Deliver high-quality Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners.

Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.

Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.

Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.

Provide support of safeguarding measures.

Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.

Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies. Person Specification:

Essential:

Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)

Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.

Proven experience delivering Employability Skills - supporting learners with ALN's. xjnqpsq Salary up to £30,000 + additional benefits.
