We are seeking a motivated Trainer/Assessor Electrical to manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting them to successfully complete their programmes in a timely manner. You will play a key role in delivering high–quality training, building strong employer relationships, and guiding learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a caseload of learners through coaching, mentoring, and assessmentDeliver training and carry out regular progress reviews with learners and employersAct as the main point of contact for employers, building strong working relationshipsPlan and deliver training to develop learners knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs)Prepare learners for assessment, gateway, and End–Point Assessment (EPA)Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all administrative requirementsSupport learners wider development, including English, Maths, and employability skillsEnsure all activity meets awarding body standards and organisational policies The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Level 3 qualification in a relevant Electrical disciplineTAQA / A1 Assessor qualification (or equivalent)Experience in training, assessing, or mentoring apprentices (desirable)Strong industry knowledge and employer engagement skillsExcellent organisation, communication, and IT skillsCommitment to safeguarding, equality, and professional standards Why Work With TeacherActive?
