Economics Tutor – Independent School, Central London (September 2026)

We are pleased to be partnering with a prestigious independent school in Central London to appoint a full–time or part–time Economics Tutor for a September 2026 start.

For the right candidate, part–time hours (three days per week) may also be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high–achieving academic environment, supporting motivated and engaged students who are committed to their academic progress. The role would suit an experienced tutor or educator who enjoys working closely with pupils and making a meaningful contribution to their development.

The Role

One–to–one tuition and small group teaching in Economics

Supporting secondary–aged students within the school setting (GCSE and up to A Level)

Working collaboratively with teaching staff to complement the wider curriculum

Delivering tailored, high–quality academic support

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a strong, relevant degree in Economics (or a closely related subject)

QTS is not essential, but excellent subject knowledge is required

Previous teaching or tutoring experience in an independent school is highly desirable

Professional, engaging, and confident when working with academically driven students

Additional Information

Start date: September 2026 (an earlier start may be possible for the right candidate)

Location: Central London

Hours: Full–time preferred; part–time (3 days per week) considered

Right to work in the UK is essential – no visa sponsorship available
