CALLING ALL EARLY YEAR'S TEACHING ASSISTANTS

We are seeking a kind, nurturing and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming setting in Rugby, Warwickshire, on a full–time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children at a crucial stage of their development, helping them feel safe, confident and excited to learn. You will play a key role in providing consistent care, encouragement and support, working closely with children and staff to create a positive, inclusive early years environment where every child can thrive.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

Early years qualification (essential).

Strong behaviour management skills.

A minimum of 2 years' UK Teaching Assistant experience.

Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

References covering the last two years of employment.
