As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe, nurturing environment

Working in line with OFSTED standards and nursery policies

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for children in your care

Working closely with colleagues to support daily nursery operations

Building strong partnerships with parents to support child development

To succeed as an Early Years Educator, you’ll bring:

A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification or equivalent

Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting

Patience, empathy and a genuine love of working with children

Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Paediatric First Aid is beneficial
