Salary: £140 - £175 per day
Start Date: September
Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Aspire People are delighted to be working in partnership with one of our respected primary schools in Lutterworth to recruit an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive and welcoming school that values professional development and invests in its staff. You'll be joining a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about creating an engaging learning environment and helping every child achieve their full potential.
Whether your experience is in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, the school is looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for inspiring young minds.
The Role:
Deliver creative and engaging lessons that follow the Primary National Curriculum.
Create a classroom environment where pupils feel supported, challenged, and motivated to learn.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal development.
Embrace mentoring opportunities and actively engage in your ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
An Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a full-time teaching role.
A passion for primary education and helping children develop both academically and personally.
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
A reflective, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teaching.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team.
A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
