EAL Teaching Assistant – Level 2 or Above

Location: Birmingham

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary and Temp - Perm Opportunities

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualification

Are you a passionate and dedicated EAL Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children’s learning and development? We’re seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals (Level 2 or above) to join a range of vibrant and inclusive schools across Birmingham.

Whether you have a qualification for EAL or experience within EAL we want to speak to you!!

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress.

Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

Requirements:

Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in a school setting is a necessity.

A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
