Key Responsibilities

Support students with individual needs and build their confidenceLead safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding LeadProvide excellent pastoral careContribute to school improvement plansIdentify and report safeguarding trends to senior leadersBuild strong links with professional services and the communityKeep accurate records of behaviour incidentsSupport behaviour and safeguarding across the school as neededRequirements

A strong passion for supporting students with SENDAt least 2 years’ experience in a SEND setting or similar provisionCommitment as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, believing every child deserves an outstanding educationExperience in a safeguarding role within educationBenefits of clients Group
