As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you may have a specific subject specialism or the knowledge and expereitse to make a difference to students educational experience. You will be able to follow a provided plan to a class and have the ability to be dynamic in your approach to teaching and learning. To be considered for the position of a Cover Supervisor ideally you would have:

GCSE’s in Maths and English as a minimum

Confidence to deliver planned lessons to students

Experience working with a Secondary school (highly desired)

Strong behaviour management

Drive to succeed and gain experience
