Academics are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Guildford, who are looking for a confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team.

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Position: Cover Supervisor

Salary: 110– 150 per day

Start Date: ASAP / January 2027

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4Deliver pre–set work and ensure students remain focusedManage classroom behaviour confidently and consistentlySupport students with their learning where appropriateBuild positive relationships with students and staffHelp maintain a calm, safe and productive classroom environmentGain valuable experience within a secondary school settingYou don't necessarily need previous experience as a Cover Supervisor. If you have experience working with young people and have the confidence to manage a classroom, we would love to hear from you.
