A secondary school in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain classroom-based experience in a supportive secondary school environment.

The role – Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set work to classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, provide general academic support where appropriate, and liaise with teaching staff and senior leaders as required. No planning or marking is involved. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and able to build positive relationships with students.
