The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for supervising pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver pre-set lesson materials across various subjects.

· Maintain an engaging, focused, and respectful classroom environment.

· Support students in completing their work and staying on task. xjnqpsq

· Uphold the academies high standards for behaviour and safeguarding.

· Assist with additional school duties as required
