Position: Cover Supervisor

COVER SUPERVISOR – WHITEHAVEN & CUMBERLANDFlexible Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Vida Education is currently seeking Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Whitehaven & the Cumberland area.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those looking for flexible work in a school setting.

Work is available on a supply basis, with opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-set lesson plans

Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment

Support pupils with their work as required

Requirements

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

Confidence managing a classroom environment

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
