Are you a flexible and proactive Cover Supervisor based in Leeds and available to start a new role immediately? Have you got previous experience working in secondary schools? Empowering Learning are working closely with a high–achieving secondary school in LS18 who are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile Cover Supervisor to join the school temporarily.

Role and responsibilities:

Flexible and versatile approach to workTo deliver pre–planned lessons to a high standard, ensuring students remain engaged in their lessonsManage classroom behaviour and foster an inclusive learning environment for all studentsSupporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concernsCollaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience covering schools in secondary schools would be ideal, but not essential.
