Tradewind Recruitment are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Wandsworth. You'll be stepping into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained in the teacher's absence.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher

Delivering pre-set work and ensuring lesson objectives are met

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Assisting students with tasks and encouraging participationRequirements:

Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive and professional attitude

An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Ideal for: Graduates considering teaching, experienced cover staff, or professionals looking for flexible work in education.
