Academics is working closely with a number of fantastic primary schools in Gillingham that are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to join their teams from September. Whether you're looking for full-time work or a few days a week, we can offer flexible opportunities that suit your availability.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who enjoy supporting pupils and maintaining a positive learning environment in the teacher's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom effectively

Supporting pupils to stay focused and complete their work

Managing behaviour in line with school policies

Working across different year groups within the primary phase

Reporting any concerns or feedback to senior staffWhat We're Looking For:

Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom support role

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Confidence in leading lessons and engaging young learners

A proactive, flexible approach and excellent communication
